great location and friendly staff
convenient location helpful staff special breakfast
the location was very convenient, close to many historical sites. they even prepared a special breakfast for my early flight (i appreciated that small gesture). the snack time with coffee offered during the day was a nice bonus.
the bathroom had a slight sewage smell at times, i noticed.

the room had a comfortable bed and included complimentary water. the air conditioning worked well, i could adjust it easily. i found two separate sinks in the bathroom area, very convenient.

the staff members were very polite and willing to assist with directions. they offered helpful recommendations for local attractions. i always felt welcome and supported (they were patient with my questions).

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
Location worked well. It was a short walk to key sites.
The bathroom odor was bad. I needed to keep the window open all night even with the cold weather. Staff said rooms have this issue but I don't think this is acceptable.

The staff was helpful, they even helped me carry my luggage. free coffee was available all day. I really appreciated that.
